Works great, I had pain in my neck that caused headaches but after using the traction collar 20 minutes twice a day for a week I have relief. First few sessions made my muscles sore in my neck but way better alignment. I now only use it a few times a week when I feel I have strained my neck. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with shoulder/neck pain or headaches. Take it slow, light traction goes along way.
