Yes - we do. We offered discounted rates for express shipping if you prefer to receive the product quicker. Actual rate will be advised during checkout.

Processing Times

Orders may take 1-3  days to process after placing the order before shipping out.


Custom Import Duties

All International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees.

These funds are neither paid to Recovapy nor are they set by Recovapy rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.

Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations and are customers

The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.

We do not mark packages as a gift.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays
